John understands the value of family and work balance and continually assesses the price being paid for the attainment of success. Incorporating innovation and open communication, John sees all people as equals and treats them as such. Rose is one of the original staff and she assumes the role of “mother” of the team. With her natural ability to nurture, having 4 children of her own, she ensures not only the staff are well looked after but the clients always receive exceptional customer service.
Her cheery and positive attitude always adds a smile to staff and clients. Apart from juggling her day between work and maternal commitments, she also finds the time to play netball twice a week. She is widely known by clients to always go above and beyond the call of duty. Specialising in money management for clients, she assists as the third party mediator between our clients and the ATO for all matters past and present. Her expertise is utilised to place clients on a strict budget to ensure all compliance obligations are met with ATO and that there are no surprises at tax or BAS time.
Anneli is a motivated finance and accounting professional. She is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and South Africa and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy. Anneli is a compassionate individual who values strong relationships built on trust, understanding and empathy.
Anneli has experience working in multi-cultural environments in various countries. She has experience working with clients from a variety of industries and a proven record of accomplishment in accounting, taxation, business advisor services and compliance. With her organised approach and attention to detail, she prides herself on delivering a high quality of service to clients while fostering a relationship of trust.
Anneli works closely with clients, listening to their needs and taking an active role in helping clients achieve their business goals, while at the same time maintaining balance in their lives. Understanding the value of time for a business owner, she takes a proactive approach to equip clients with relevant information and clear strategies to enable them to maximise the opportunities available to them in the most effective way.
Simon is an intelligent and knowledgeable employee who genuinely loves his work! His dedication, attention to detail and willingness to attempt all tasks with professionalism and efficiency are easily recognisable and ongoing traits. Simon has 8 years experience in the industry and having previously spent time in other fields has gained firsthand experience of small business requirements in differing environments.
Through providing tax and financial services which meet client’s unique objectives, Simon works towards helping clients achieve their business goals by way of using skills and experience to identify strategies and possibilities. Capable of working as part of a team as well as autonomously, Simon identifies the most efficient way to achieve an outcome.
Simon understands the value of small to medium businesses in the grand scheme of things and strives to ensure no stone is left unturned when working with them. His aim is to not only provide quality financial reports and tax advice, but also be able to convey information and trends in an easy to understand fashion!
Part of the team since 2011, Natalie is the face of the company. She is the friendly voice you hear over the phone and her contagious smile affects all who see her in reception. Natalie is very skilled at directing your phone call to the right person. She can often solve simple problems herself, but if the matter is more complex she knows who to put you through to.
A newlywed, she enjoys fine dining and long walks. Natalie is a dedicated, hardworking team member and provides exceptional customer service to all clients. She has a reputation for competence with our clients tackling any query which may arise big or small. Natalie provides administration and office support, and brings her positive attitude when assisting clients and colleagues in any way she can.
Natalie is currently studying a Certificate IV in Accounting with TAFE SA to further develop her skills in the industry.
The newest member of the team, Eleesha is a skilled multi-tasker. Recently celebrating one year as our office manager, Eleesha thrives on hard work and organising various aspects of the day-to-day operations.
Intelligent and well-read, Eleesha has an impressive general knowledge as well as being a lover of music and a history buff. An animal lover and an empathetic soul, Eleesha takes a personal interest in everyone and everything.
She has quickly become an integral member of the team, working hard for the team and the clients. Eleesha’s love of learning and previous work in many different roles and industries has enabled her to adapt to any situation and to thrive on the challenge.
